Vintage velvet dress

This is a gorgeous vintage(? I think?) black velvet dress by Talbots. The size tag has been cut off but I know it is a petite size, I believe a 6 or an 8. It has a beautiful a-line knee length fit and a bow cutout in the back. The side of the dress has an invisible zipper. In excellent condition, no visible flaws or defects. Fabric is a thick, stretchy luxurious velvet. Measurements (taken laying flat) Bust: 17 inches Waist: 14 inches Length (from shoulder to hem): 37.75 inches This item comes from a smoke free but pet friendly home
