Elan wrap top (white)

Elan raw-edge draped cowl neck with asymmetrical hem line, semi-sheer. The drape can be worn lose or tied in the front or back. 100% rayon, one size fits all (or most). Have this in black and beige (separate posts). Label removed by me. Same top as other post for comparison.
