May just be the nature of this type of pant. 15" flat waist 7.5" rise 28" inseam Pull on pant with stretch. Zipper and button closure. Front flat zip pocket. Plaid in brown, black, cream and solid brown mix. Strap closure at ankle. Classic riding horse riding pant. Previously owned with a few pics in fabric and light pilling on inner thighs, overall still in great condition.
