This high low pirate cold shoulder dress can make you bring all the pirates to the yard The back features a rounded hem and the velvet pleated skirt from the bodice adds some movement shine and a bit of elegance With a gather bodice to show off the girls, jacquard corset, and velvet trimmings, this is blingy and cute Lace net arms gather just above elbow with a black bow ribbon to mark the spot and then the lace splits down the arm for a really lovely look I wore it a only few times, so in awesome shape (though the tag ate it in the wash for whatever reason) I think I bought it from Torrid, but that's not the brand on the tag I got a nice felt pirate hat on Amazon to go with it, wore black capri leggings with a lace cuff and tie up boots. I added a bunch of shiny booty to the outfit and went with it!
