NWT Madewell Striped Pull-on Skirt Made of an airy linen blend, this striped pull-on midi has a wrap shape with two buttons at the (elastic) waist. Easy to wear and endlessly pretty, it's essentially a sunny day in the form of a skirt. Linen/cotton. Machine wash. Size XXS though I’d say it fits through a Small given the style and, elastic waistband and slit.
