Vintage neon psychedelic floral 60s 70s dress handmade

Vintage neon floral dress that is handmade 1960s. There is a side zipper. The fabric is pink, green, and yellow in a chiffon type of fabric. I have not fabric tested it. The hem is hand finished with lace. Faux wrap type bodice. I would say this best fits a large or extra large. Please see photos and measurements. Bust: 20” Waist: 16.5” Length: 60”
