Original 1940s true vintage high style small round black straw tilt hat with a back band and chartreuse lime green ribbon trim and a full face veil. A doll hat style of the era. Very old Hollywood. It reminds me of a bellboy hat from the era. The small round tilt hat perches to the front and the straw back band holds it onto your head. A formed pointed crown. The chartreuse lime green ribbon wraps around the hat and ends in a bow. The veil is black with flocks of the same green color. It goes around the hat and ends in a tie in the back. It is unlined and it has black inner ribbon hat band. Fenwick Original London Paris. One size. The ribbon band may appear to be yellow, but it is a light chartreuse green shade. In very very good condition with only one small break in the veil in the front.
