This was pretty billowy and not tight, but you can adjust how fitted it is around the waist with the circle opening that ties as well as an adjustable strap. Honestly, I could have gone for 2 but loved the fit of the 4 still. Fit like a typical size small and was true to size erring on running big given that it was still pretty roomy. I’m a 34D, size 25 jeans and typical small/4. It was very light and airy.
