Brand new with tags! I pre-ordered this for my daughter in the spring thinking she would want to be Glinda for Halloween. However, of course, she threw a curve ball and wants to be Alice in Wonderland instead 🤷‍♀️ The dress is not available on the website right now and new orders will not be in under after Halloween. The dress measures approximately 14” from armpit to armpit. It does not have any stretch. There is a zipper on the side to easily get it on. I noticed when taking pictures that one of the seams was coming out. I think this was just not sewn well there, as it has not even been tried on.
