This is a Mini Boden tiered tulle party dress in size 5-6. It has a zipper on the back and a tie at the waist. There are a couple flaws, all pictured. Two holes in the tulle that I saw, the inside liner coming apart from the dress in one of the arm holes and a couple stains on the inside liner which are not visible when wearing.
