Black Pinstripe Blazer

Black Pinstripe Blazer by Surabaya. Made in France. I think it’s vintage. Black with very dark brown almost maroon thin stripes. Three snap buttons in front. Has small shoulder pads. I think the tag says size 4 but it’s hard to read so please use measurements. Pit to pit is 20”. Measures 28” in length. Overall good condition. No major flaws. Ask any questions!
