Vintage Made in the USA Black and Tan Houndstooth Pleated Skirt

Excellent used condition. No major signs of wear. Made in the USA. Says size 9, but fits high waisted as a modern day small. No material tag, but it is a little thicker. Perfect for fall and winter wear. Still has the extra button sewn into the interior. Measures approximately 13” across the waist and 18” in length.
