Brand new in open box. Opened box to take pics. This chiller has never been used but I did notice it had been opened before. There were fingerprints on the side of the interior box. This chiller is very well made. Durable. And from what I'm told, works wonderfully. There are 152 5 star reviews on this product. If not for yourself, maybe an upcoming Christmas gift for someone you know. Extremely nice.
