Fabulous classic 90s look empire waist dress. Has an interesting cream/off-white lace draped front collar with a solid black skirt. Shoulder pads! Back has shell button down closure and a hidden zipper. Inside size/care tag has been removed but this fits like a women's small 4/6, my mannequin is a size 6.
