Stunning black Tiered Mesh off the shoulder gown by City Studio Size 11 (juniors) In good preloved condition. Light wear and color lightening in underarm area. There are a few scattered loose threads. Glitter is prone to getting everywhere, as always lol. PLEASE NOTE that on closer inspection, the longest layer that touches the ground has areas that are imperfect & jagged. Not sure if previous owner cut it or if it’s from wear.
