fishingfund @gdr_treasures Thank you! I got the idea to make this pumpkin design because my wife came home from a store with this thin metal pumpkin and I asked her why did you buy this when I can make you something like this out of wood. And that's how the idea to make these pumpkins came about.

gdr_treasures @fishingfund that’s absolutely awesome. And funny. I showed my wife and she said they were cute, and thought if you did Christmas trees, they might do really well here. She’s always thinking lol lol have an awesome weekend.

fishingfund @gdr_treasures Thanks! Ive got about fourteen 8" Xmas trees made and 3 nestled Xmas trees made but not stained or painted yet. I guess green, white, brown and nude (natural) are the most common colors I should do.

gdr_treasures Good Thursday morning. Hey just wanted to let you know, saw some of these pumpkin style woodworking things at affair this past weekend. Now as good as yours, unpainted and look like they were put together with Elmer‘s glue. And they were asking for $75 for a small one. I walked away really fast.

fishingfund @gdr_treasures Wow! Thanks for the information I appreciate it. I used Gorilla wood glue and brad nails to put mine together.
