This is a flattering plus size skirt in a size 1X. Elastic waist, with separate thin brown braided belt included. Fabric itself does not really stretch but the skirt is flowy and roomy. Dress it up for a holiday party, wear it to work, church or wear it casual with a tee! Call outs: there are some minor snags which could likely be removed with a fabric shaver. Please see photos!!
