It was made by a local artisan who I recall started her business of whimsical bags/ charms/ pouches etc. from the inspiration of her dog (who was indeed pretty cute and wild looking). It's faux fur, of course. 🩷 This is handmade and new with tags. Strap drop from 13 to 23", so you have lots of adjustment possibilities. Inside is 2 slip pockets, and two snap pockets. Secure front flap. It has wonderful colors and texture! The black is an ultra suede fabric. It's lightweight as well as comfortable. It is a wearable piece of art.
