Vintage 1990s Wrap Skirt, Jones New York Tartan Plaid Maxiskirt

Charming vintage skirt from about the 1990s in a pretty yellow tartan plaid. Wrap maxi style, probably cotton or a blend, knots the waist. Unlined. Label reads: none but you can see where one was cut away. My research says this is most likely Jones New York. Probably best for a medium but do see measurements below. Excellent vintage condition. The only real thing to note is the bottom hem is unfinished. I've left it as is so you can hem it at the length you prefer, if desired. Also the button inside is a little bit loose. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip. Waist: Very flexible size wise because its a wrap but its 28" where the button is placed.
