Vintage Northern Reflections large floral embroidered long sweater or mini dress

Vintage size large floral knit sweater dress or long length top. If worn as a dress it is mini length. Granny grannycore floral embroidery style. Good preloved condition; a few minor spots noted as pictured. The most noticeable is on the bottom hem but still minor. I have not tried to treat them so they may come out. 100% cotton. Pit to pit: 21.5” Length at center: 29”
