The top of the shoulder down is 26 1/2 inches there is a lot of room in this jacket. it’s got couple pockets and a silver zipper. I’m a size 6 and it fits me very well and you could go up a couple sizes a size 8 and a 10 would fit. It also has a little cinch on the inside to tighten it up if you want it tighter. Great condition
