Pact Fit And Flare Wrap Dress, Medium

Lovely pact dress in size medium, appears to be new and unworn (still smells like a freshly shipped pact dress, if you know you know lol!). It does have a mark on the tag, as pictured, but no flaws to note. I just got it, tried it on, and it wasn't quite right for me! I'm including the original description with approximate measurements, but please note they may be inaccurate and I don't accept returns for mismeasured items. I didnt personally check the measurements, so take them as a loose help only!
