I am a big time beret girl. However, this one did not suit me. It is faux leather, it is used but it has no flaws. There is definite military vibe here, perhaps reminding of Green Berets? Inside Has fabric sweatband, and the rest is lined in taffeta. 22 3/4" around inside sweatband. There is a small black satin label in the sweatband but all the lettering has worn off.
