🇫🇷 French Vintage Pleated Skirt

Bundle & save 25%! This retro skirt came out of the closet of my Parisian mother in law. It features elastic waistband and pleating throughout, unlined. Clothing label says "Julia". Made in France. Made of 100% polyester. Color: cream. Size (measured flat): I believe this can fit XS, S and M since the design is quite forgiving. Waist (unstretched): 13" Length: 21.5" Excellent vintage condition. I can't find any pulls, stains or flaws.
