Collectif X Modcloth Sheer Halloween Top

Beautiful black button-up top with a sheer top panel that has velvet Halloween icons. From the collectif x modcloth collection a few years back. Love this shirt but it doesn't really fit anymore. It does have great stretch, though! marked as a UK 8 or a US XS (probably like a US 4-ish). Please see measurements pictures attached I do have a fluffy dog. I'll try to lint roll as much as I can but you will probably end up with a little, sorry 😥
