Native American Navajo? Mexican ? cuff bracelet amethyst stones feather design

I can’t find much information o about this item. So everything I mention here is my guesstimate. 1.75” wide cuff bracelet I cannot find any markings on this. No marks, maybe faded away. I did an acid test and it negitive for sterling silver. I think it’s was made around the 1970’s. Maybe silver plated. Some spots of wear down where you can see what looks like copper. Hand carved silver leaves and vines. About 7 amethyst stones , not positive they are real but they do look real. I think it’s a Navajo Made , but can’t confirm this. Maybe Mexican.
