This is a Women's Soft Surroundings Sleeveless Dressy Tunic Top that is a size 2X. It is 100% Polyester. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-24.5" and the length is 29.5". It has a zipper in the back and is very soft. It is in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem.
