Vintage Lip Service Dress

Amazing vintage black and off white splatter/polkadot mini ruffle corset dress. Brand is Lip service, size medium. The bottom of the skirt has ruffles. The straps are adjustable. The front of the dress laces up and it zips up the side. The laces on the front are not original. In my opinion it fits more like a large but please go by the measurements. Approximate Measurements: (Taken laying flat across) Pit to pit: 18in Smallest part of waist: 16 1/2in Length pit to hem: 24in Material: 97% cotton 3% spandex
