mleeah @playitagainpm Hi there! 👋 Thanks so much for your questions. These Sorel Joan of Arctic boots are in great used condition — nothing torn, missing, or damaged. The faux fur, stitching, and laces are all intact, and the rubber shell is in excellent shape. The soles still have good traction (I added clear photos of the bottoms so you can see the tread). They are a true Women’s size 9 — Sorel tends to run TTS in this style, and these match a standard 9 perfectly.
