Vtg CALIFORNIA ORIGINALS LEAF ASHTRAY #55 Golden Avocado Ceramic Art Pottery MCM

Vintage California Originals Pottery leaf-shaped ashtray in Golden Avocado. This mid century piece is model No. 55, and is in shades of green, yellow and dark tan with metallic gold accents. It measures 8 1/4” x 6 ¾”, and 1 ½” tall. Backstamp states “Cal. Orig | 55 | U.S.A.” Please note: This ashtray is in very good, used vintage condition. But please keep in mind, it is at least 50 years old and therefore, not new. There is crazing to the ashtray, which is common for items with this glaze, one small chip on the underside of the dish. It’s not noticeable at all unless you’re really looking for it. Please see photos #10 and #11. This beautiful ashtray will look lovely on display! Not a smoker?
