This beauty is inlaid with a green jasper composite stone in the center. This is a vintage Kuchi tribal bracelet from Afghanistan. The center medallion is trimmed with detailed metal accents and silver dots. This kuchi piece is made with mixed metals of silver coloring. It has a gold washed diagonal strip on the side. It is nice and wide in the front but tapers to the back so that it is more comfortable to wear. A pattern of twisted wire and dots accents the edges and center of the piece. Lots of ornate detailed pattern on this one! Let your bohemian style fly free with this beauty!
Please keep in mind that most Kuchi and Turkoman / Turkmen / Turkomen items are old and used items with a distinct aged patina. They are a nomadic Afghan people who have created amazing jewelry for centuries. Their colorful jewelry combines new, old, metal, beads, coins, stones and fabric. Many pieces are worn due to being used from every day wear, tribal celebrations, belly dance and wedding uses. They are made with a coin-base metal alloy.

I am not an expert on vintage jewelry, but I do buy and sell what I love! Since these items are vintage, they may have a wonderful aged patina and are not meant or expected to look brand new
