Starina Ivory Lace Rayon Maxi Broomstick Crinkle Dress NWT Size Small Fully Lined Shoulder Pads (can be removed) Gathered at bottom of sleeve Approximately 47" Length from top of shoulder to hem PTP approx. 16” This is an absolutely gorgeous Vintage Dress from the 90's NWT very Rare to find I have had it stored and it has never been worn. Would be perfect for a wedding and can be dressed up or down. This dress has all the vibes going on from Victorian to boho to '90's grunge. Dress is semi sheer lace with an airy soft woven lining. Skirt area of the dress is lace with chiffon insets creating a flowing skirt. Dress does have shoulder pads, but these can be removed if desired.
