The box that it came in is torn in the corner but the mug itself is new. Got this as a gift. It still has the Amazon product label on one side of the original box. I have way too many mugs so this has been sitting in a cabinet for a couple years. The quality looks really good. The outside of the mug is white with a matte finish. The inside is insulated. Comes with a lid, cleaning brushes and a small metal straw. This would be a funny gift to give to the knitter in your life. Comes from a smoke-free, dog-friendly home.
