Torrid Blue and White Heart Blouse Size 2/2X

Torrid blue and white blouse. The shirt has a white background with small blue hearts all over the shirt. The material is on the sheer side, as I tired to show in the pictures. The sleeves are elbow length with elastic on the ends to give them some volume. The front has a v neckline with ties coming off of it. There are also ruffles at the top with buttons going down the front. Size 2 in their sizing, size 2X
