emilyhuntley911 @friesen1 Hi, I found it fit me comfortably. I usually wear a Small or a size 6. I’m a short girl though, and for me the waist sat at my waist, but I think on a taller girl it would be closer to under the bust. When I get home I can get the shoulder to waistband measurement. It is a stretchy jersey fabric.
