GORGEOUS Alice & Olivia "Oriana" drop-waist midi dress. Size 4.
{I just bought this dress for full price from Saks on September 9th ~I was supposed to wear it to my step-daughter's wedding next week but event venue/vibes changed last minute. I just missed Sak's 30 day return policy.}
Smooth, form-fitting nylon scuba bodice, zipper back closure, adjustable tie-straps, soft poplin skirt.
Obviously, never worn.
I am 5'3". Had the dress shortened so that it now hits right above my ankle. I can provide measurements if needed.

@lsh70 Hi, the top part is approximately 10.5 inches. And the bottom part is approximately 32-33". If I can answer any other questions for you please let me know. It is a gorgeous dress and someone needs to wear it since I couldn't lol. :)
