Beautiful black and cream floral print hip stitched box pleated skirt. Skirt has a black lining. It has a hook and eye and zipper closure. Fabric is cotton. Approximate measurements laying flat: waist 14” across, hips 18” across and length 21”. Skirt is in excellent used condition.
