These bowls are made of milk glass and feature a brown and tan color overlay with a white, graphic floral and leaf pattern. They are the 402 (7" 1.5L) and the 403 (8.5" 2.5L). The full set includes 4 bowls. The pattern was produced from 1978 to 1985. The dark brown is 2.5L and the tan is 1.5L. Oven and microwave safe. Perfect for food storage and serving. The pattern can be found also on casserole and refrigerator sets. Collectible. Rare. Preloved vintage items with only potential defect found on bottom of the smaller bowl. I don't think it is a crack but rather a crease in production. You can see on bottom side of the bowl by the wording but not on the inside of the bowl even up to the light.
