Hello! Yes, it is jersey. I'm so sorry but I am doing some extended travel and won't be back to measure it until mid-March. As soon as I get back, I will measure it and let you know. I am 5'4" and I remember it being above the knee, yet can't recall quite how much. Would guess about 2 inches, but will give you the exact length from shoulder to hem when I get back.
