klmills44 @bananafana_11 I am also a medium. So it is a bit hard to take accurate measurements cause there is stretch in the material. Seam to seam the bust is 15" (before stretch), for reference I am 20" at the bust and the dress fits me fine. In the hips its measuring at 17" (before stretch) but it quickly starts to fan. It is definitely one of those types of dress fabrics that is deceiving to see it hung up vs when you actually put it on. I hope that helps.
