This is a 10-1/2 inch diameter decorative wall plate from the Colonial Heritage Series of Museum Editions, Ltd., by Ridgewood Fine China. The scene is entitled "Old New York" and the artist's signature Robert Frank is visible at the bottom right side of the plate. The back of the plate provides additional information, and is numbered 992 of 9900. Excellent Condition.
