Hi, This is a new coat? I see the tags but, I do not see where it says that in the description. Just trying to make sure. Also, is the back of the coat slightly discolored or is that light color on the bottom half the lighting in the photo?

The tags are in one of the pockets. I took them off but never wore it. The fabric isn’t faded at all. It’s hard to get a clear picture of anything with the lighting.
