Is there something wrong with the stitching where it connects to the collar on the right side? Or is it just the photo. Is this new with tags?

There are no flaws in this tunic-so must be the photo. I will take one of just the collar work when I get home. Yes-it is new with tags and never been worn. I got it in the wrong size ( for me) and missed the window to exchange it. Beautiful top-I’ve since ordered it in my size and love it!
