adiana @lisamarie1972 Hi, I apologize for not getting on the app. I had a lot of family come in from out of town for the holidays. I dropped it off at my local mail store and it usually does not start tracking until it arrives to the North Houston Facility since I do live in a small area. I did see that it started tracking.
