Escapade black women's pleated shell with straps sz M made in USA

this slinky black shell is part of the wardrobe for a film we started a few years ago. the movie didn't make it, so I'm liquidating the wardrobe. very dramatic shell I am terminally ill, on a tiny fixed income.
