Oh this little kitschy guy is simply adorable. He can hang from a Christmas tree by his curved hat, or sits beautifully on a shelf for display. I don't know whether to classify him as an elf, a pixie, a Santa, or a gnome - he has traits of all! Not signed, other than JAPAN - possibly Napco, but I cannot find confirmation.
