White Tulle Baby Dress with Headband

Adorable white tulle baby dress with matching headband. Features a smocked bodice and polka dot tulle skirt. Brand new, never even tried on. The bottom snaps like a onsie. Perfect for a wedding, pictures, or special event. Website I bought it from said it should fit around 12 months. But once again, never tried it on. :)
