In Vintage Good Condition-For it’s age it’s Beautiful Many Rows of Elastic Sewn In Through-Out Piece This was really taking good care of my mother bought it from an antique store and a hat box that she kept it in the whole time she had it. Date due to online research is 1940’s to 1960’s I could not find one like this online it matched to some other hats, but nothing like this.
