High waisted flare jeans sit pretty high on the waist, even with a longer torso. They have a decent amount of stretch as well. I’m usually a 32-34in inseam and these fit great without bunching at the ankles. Would pair great with a platform shoe or boots if you’re closer to a 32in inseam! Have been worn a few times but are in great condition and wear like they’re new! A tad small for me otherwise I would hang on to them!
