This Madelina dress by Lilly Pulitzer features the Bennet Blue Polka Dot print in blue and silver. It's made of 54% polyester and 46% rayon and has a lining that's made of 100% polyester. One shoulder of this dress is an adjustable spaghetti strap while the other is a regular sleeveless shoulder with a ruffle. There's also a ruffle on the bottom hem. This dress slips on overhead and has a light band of elastic at the waist. It's in excellent used condition and looks to me like it was never worn. A small part of the original tag is still attached.
